Racial Justice Certification Program
The Racial Justice Certification Program is a three-day, in-depth, intensive engagement experience that invites participants to a comprehensive exploration of racial and social justice. The three-day certification begins with providing participants with a framework for understanding and advancing racial and social justice followed by two days of action planning and capacity building to align what participants have learned to identify and build resources, strategies, and plans that support the work they are engaged with in their company, organization, community, and more.

Racial Justice Institute Leadership Development Program
The Racial Justice Institute Leadership Development Program invites executive leaders to participate in a six-month racial and social justice leadership development program. The program welcomes executive leaders who are committed to advancing racial and social equity to produce and maintain equitable access, resources, and outcomes for all individuals. The program is limited to 25 individuals. Interested individuals must apply to the program. Applicants will be reviewed by a select committee of racial justice advocates and leaders.
