The Racial Justice Certificate is designed to ensure that individuals gain an understanding of issues related to justice, diversity, equity, and inclusivity and how these issues relate to core structural and ethical issues within our communities, institutions, and society. The certificate is designed for professionals wishing to gain an in-depth knowledge and greater awareness of racial justice.

Certification Program
The Racial Justice Certification Program is a three-day, in-depth, intensive engagement experience that invites participants to a comprehensive exploration of racial and social justice. The three-day certification begins with providing participants with a framework for understanding and advancing racial and social justice followed by two days of action planning and capacity building to align what participants have learned to identify and build resources, strategies, and plans that support the work they are engaged with in their company, organization, community, and more.
